PB&A was retained by STG (Shimmick-Traylor-Granite) to provide Construction Engineering for their Contract to build Phase II of the HART Rail Line, which extends the line that runs from  from Kapolei to Aloha Stadium, from above the International Airport to the Ala Moana Center.  We are providing design for the three major trestles needed to construct the rail stations, at Halawa, Moana Lua and Kilihi. This project was a true test of PB&A’s expertise in the design of structures in very complex soil and ground water conditions.
