Vantage Pointe

The shoring of this 60-70’ deep excavation, is the deepest that has been done to date in the downtown San Diego area. The temporary soldier beam and tie-back installation was complicated by the fact that an 83” dia. main city sewer line crossing a corner of the excavation needed to be accommodated. The plans were reviewed and approved by three separate jurisdictions for the City of San Diego.
